It was determined after apply for disability benefits and documented that I am eligible. However, I was denied reason being since I do not have medical records. I asserted my right to self medication according to my religious beliefs and withdrew consent. Should I be receiving my benefits since they have no right to deny.

SSA has a right to deny based on lack of medical evidence. It is possible to refuse medication due to genuine religious beliefs, but you still need to prove you're disabled based on medical evidence such as medical tests and exams.

You have to establish through medical documentation that you are disabled under Social Security's rules and regulations. If you do not have proof that you qualify for disability, then your claim will be denied.

I disagree with your basic assumption that "they have no right to deny." In order to receive this government benefit you will need to prove that you are "disabled" as that term is used by the SSA. Proof consists of acceptable medical evidence not your mere allegations and "self medication."
