My nextdoor neighbors put up a fence and installed no trespassing signs then they come on my side of the fence. Trespassing?

We live in Ct, and we had a 3 foot tall fence up before they put up there 6 foot high fence about a foot away from the 3 foot fence and they go in between the two fence just to look at what is going on in my yard are they trespassing in this space. Thank You

Who owns the area between the two fences? if you do, and you clearly indicate that they should not go on that property, they are trespassing. If they own it, they are not trespassing. Only an accurate survey of the boundary line can answer the question (although sometimes 2 surveyors can reach different conclusions)
