DUAC showing up on employer background checks
I was convicted of DUAC. I thought this would mean I would not have a criminal record but it is showing up when potential employers run a background check. Is this an error?

What exactly is showing up on your criminal record? If you plead to DUAC, that conviction should be on your driving record (not your criminal record). However, the DUI arrest may be showing up on your criminal record as an arrest only (not a conviction).
