my bucks county court of common pleas court summarry sheet is currently 11 pages long, even though my bucks county case is closed and they ended up only charging my with 6 charges but 100+were all withdrawn or disposed of.how do i get these removed from my summary sheet? the arrest date for the bucks county case was 1/29/2013 and i completed my sentencing of probation and the case is closed. i now have two open cases in philadelphia that i am dealing with and i dont want the judge to see an 11 page summary sheet and jump to a negative conclusion about me. im facing a felony charge in one of the cases and i could use all the advice i can get. at this point i have a court appointed attorney that insists that i dont need to hire an attorney, and for all i know she could be a great attorney. but i havent been able to talk to her about my case and ive gotten two continuances for it already.my second open case is another pos charge which i just went to court for on 6/29 and they gave me a trial date of 6/17. i have a public defender representing me for that case which i have not spoken to yet either i am easiest to reach at my email @ [email protected]

If you have completed probation and fines for those six charges, you can file a petition to expunge the other hundred. While you can represent yourself, it is not advisable.

You can file a petition to expunge the dismissed charges....however, the judge in another case will likely still have access. You need to talk with your attorneys as soon as possible to see how all this will impact your current cases.

DO NOT REPRESENT YOURSELF IT IS NOT ADVISABLE Your best course of action contact a local attorney, either by email or phone, who will protect you and your rights. The best way to do this is by clicking on the find a lawyer tab on . Then find one that will offer a free consultation. This benefits you in two way, first and foremost you need to find an attorney who fits well with you and secondly to make sure that they are skilled enough to take on your case. The best case scenario is that you get your questions answered and you get a powerful attorney to help you if you need one.
