Getting married would not, on its own, invalidate your U Visa or your family's derivative status. If you filed for a green card on the basis of your marriage that would change your visa status. You should consult with a local immigration attorney to get a full explanation of your and your family's options in your specific situation so you can plan adequately and make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Simy marrying would not impact either you or your family's members U non immigrant status. Your family would have an issue if you sought lawful permanent residence through your marriage. If you were granted lawful permanent resident, you would no longer hold U no immigrant status. Your family could not continue to hold U nonimmigrant status because they derive status from you. You should strongly consider consulting an attorney about the matter. This will allow you to get more information so you can make an informed decision.

An attorney needs to review the case to determine who was the principal applicant and who was the derivative. Do not get married prior to learning about how it will effect the pending applications.

The federal regulations indicated that if the U -1 petition will not be used by the beneficiary, then the petition will be automatically revoked. Upon revocation of the U-1, the U visas of the family members will be revoked. I suggest you visit a qualified immigration attorney to assess your case and to determine whether the U revocation provisions apply in your situation.

I think other attorneys are not aware if your U Visa has been granted or not granted. If you become married while your U Visa application is pending, your parents may no longer be eligible for the U Visa as the derivative parent of a minor child. That is, if you were the principal applicant for the U Visa. However, if they filed for U Visas directly because they were indirect victims, they can also obtain a U Visa, where you would be the derivative beneficiary - and you would lose your eligibility to apply for the U Visa. In short, you will not get a good answer until a good, experienced immigration attorney reviews your paperwork. It's better to be well-informed than make a mistake based on erroneous advice from the internet.

It is true that the visa of your parents is derivative and depends on your status. However, marriage alone will not cause the loss of your U visa. Applying for a green card through a US citizen wife would. You should consult an experienced immigration lawyer to answer all your questions about your visa status.
