Is there a family law attorney willing to take my case that is available for court July 22 at 1:00?

My case is one that involves circumstances around visitation and custody of a minor that is 16 y/o. I have already filed a motion for contempt, but given the fact that the defendant has threatened me to force our son to leave with him and threatened me if I take him to court, I need help with this for the best possible outcome for my son and his safety. I also need someone who is willing to work out a payment plan if the judge does not award attorney's fees be paid by the defendant. My son and I are living on disability as I have lupus. Is there anyone that can help? Please?

Your best course of action contact a local attorney, either by email or phone, who will protect you and your rights. The best way to do this is by clicking on the find a lawyer tab on . Then find one that will offer a free consultation. This benefits you in two way, first and foremost you need to find an attorney who fits well with you and secondly to make sure that they are skilled enough to take on your case. The best case scenario is that you get your questions answered and you get a powerful attorney to help you if you need one.
