How can I get the money that the IRS owes me for my 2014 overpayment of taxes?

Filed 2.2015. Received letter that I was missing form 1095-A. Faxed that to them as requested. Keep calling but no on has an answer as to why I haven't gotten my refund yet. Contacted IRS assistance. Haven't been able to make contact. Need help on how to get in contact with someone who can help me get my refund. It is not July and still nothing.

You might try the IRS website which lets you check on the status of your refund. Calling the IRS is a waste of time as you could spend hours on the phone waiting for a response these days. Good luck!

You can check the status of your return on the IRS website, or you can go to a local IRS office. The IRS is so underfunded, and as a result understaffed, that calling them is an exercise in futility.

I agree that you can check the IRS website for your refund. I know that you've been already waiting several months, but keep in mind that it can take several months more to get a refund.
