When will my license suspension begin for a 3rd dui. i'm going to do 8 months work release. will the suspension begin the day
of sentencing, the day i report to work release, etc?
Also, is there anything such as early parole to house arrest for a 3rd dui sentencing? For example, the minimum is one year but I was given 4 months credit towards the minimum for inpatient treatment. Is there anything I can do when I have maybe around 8 months credit towards the minimum to apply for early parole or early parole to finish the rest on house arrest?
