The judge said since I had no previous record when I pay off all fines my record would be like it never happened. All fines have been paid now so how can I check to make sure it is off my record and what do I put on a job app when it asks if I have any convictions?

I would do a live scan to make sure it is off your record.There is usually always a paper trail of the charge.

You run a background check on yourself with livescan. It's hard to imagine there will be nothing. It all leaves some kind of trail these days. However, an attorney may be able to help ensure there is as little out there as possible.
