I haven't filed since 2010 but lost my job and 90K year in income since 2010. Our medical expenses run 10K year and I have a mortgage. Income from pensions and social security is about 75K year. Will need tax prep help and help keep IRS at bay.

Attorneys cannot solicit you here. Use the "Find a Lawyer" tab above and search for tax attorneys in your area. Good luck.

Then I would recommend you find a good tax attorney. Your state's bar, or the "find a lawyer" function on this site, can both help you with that. Good luck!

The first step it to speak with an attorney, if you have no already done so. The second step is getting those returns in as quickly as possible. This will require the use of a CPA. Please contact a tax attorney in Kentucky if you have any further questions.
