State will take guardianship, unless a family member steps up to be the minor children's guardian during your daughters period of incarceration. As for the children's fathers, sounds like they may need to file for paternity. In the alternative, the prosecutors office may seek support and paternity if your daughter is on government assistance.

If there is no father in the picture, and no one from your family offers to take guardianship, the state will take the children and place them in foster care. If the father's would like to take the children, they should immediately begin the process of filing for a paternity case.
