Signing contracts as a DBA
I have a company I run myself, with DBA. Do I sign nda's and contracts as "my name", DBA, "company name"?

Yes, you can do it that way. Or just use the DBA.

You can sign individual dba company name or company name by name of individual.

I personally wouls sign as follows: Name, on behalf of Company Name

I would suggest the reverse: Your company's name by ________ , owner. I find that to be the clearest way.
