I lost custody of the children.in 02, for neglect, when I never neglected my children. I had a case plan, which I had completed everything, but one thing, the having my own place for six months. He has full custody, I am ordered to pay child support, which I pay what I can. And now he and his live in girlfriend want me to take our youngest. I want to know what I need to do to get my girls? Our son is 18, & the his are 14, & 15, & both want to live with me. I also have issues with visitation. He only lets me see the kids when the girlfriend says I can.

Sounds like you'll need to file a Supplemental Petition to Modify Time Sharing and Related Relief. This may change the living arrangement, visiting and support. Challenge with all this being that you both seem to loosely follow whatever order there is and when you go "rocking the boat" by filing, he's liable to start complaining about how far behind on support you are. Consulting with an attorney where we could read the paperwork would allow for more and specific guidance. I'm attaching a link to forms that may help you. Good luck.

You need to file a Motion To Modify the prior order and show to the court a substantial change in the circumstances that existed at your first trial. Also, show the court how the lives of the children will be improved by being with you.
