Can i withdraw my DACA application from USCIS because my future US citizen wife wants to apply for my green card?

I came to the united states on B2 visitor visa in 1999 which had had expired and i have the I-94 attached to my passport. I was 15 years old that time. I have applied for the DACA and it's taking too long, more than 8 months. My US citizen girlfriend want's to marry me and petition for my green card. Can i withdraw my DACA case and let her petition for my adjustment of status? Or should i receive my DACA and then let her apply for my green card? And i have never paid taxes for the years i have worked, because i never could save any money due to not finding permanent work. Do i have to pay back taxes for the previous years before she apply for my green card? Should i obtain an ITIN to pay back taxes ? Averagely I have made $9000 per year from 2007 to 2014. Does paying back taxes matter?

Yes you can withdraw your DACA application but as you are not yet married leave it alone. You are close to a decision and if the DACA is approved you can begin working much sooner and well have a two year work permit instead of one valid for only one year. You will have to pay taxes on the money you earned. Go to the IRS office nearest you. They can put you on a payment plan if you owe any money.

Leave your DACA application for now it might be approved before your other petition is adjudicated. Talk to CPA about your taxes.
