Can I sue "White pages" for listing my middle name as 'biatch" (slang for the word for "female dog")?

Someone did a "White Pages", internet search on my mother and found me listed as the third relative. The word, "biatch" (slang for female dog) has been entered as my middle name. Now that I know someone has done this, it is on my mind. I feel threatened, insulted, slandered, embarrassed and haunted. WHO abused me this way? The only idea I have as an answer is the cancellation I made with their affiliated, "Check Mate" site. I cancelled my membership because I was paying for false numbers, which I reported. They refunded my money.
