What if the same document overlaps at Green Card process?
Do we file all documents as each instruction says? For example, I-485 requires spouses' G-325A and I-130 requires USC/spouses' G-325A, do we file 3 forms of them in total?

Yes, each form has to have a complete package.

Yes, the instructions do just that - instruct you on what needs to be completed and submitted.

If you comply with the specific instructions of the FORM I– 485 and the FORM I – 130 the adjustment packet with USCIS will be accepted for processing and will not be rejected.
