We have Skyped, a year, I HAVE seen him, it IS him. He has a good job, family and home, land in Romania. I have no help in the US, I need him here, I need his help. He works very hard, he could help me in my home and financial. The K1 visa, I don't know that I want to marry. He has said that he will come but, must be able to work.
Which visa does he need, how can we do this? He and I both have been told that with Romania, anything will be denied. I own my home, if I can't get him here. I will need in home care or nursing home. Which make no sense, he is willing, strong and able to take care of me. Romania is also in the EU yet, only country NOT ALLOWED a visa waiver.
This would save MY money and life, USA money for someone to care for me. We just aren't sure how. I NEED HELP, FAST!!

Good afternoon, Madam.
Please calm down and hear me out: if Romania, a (relatively) new EU member is the only country still not allowed Visa Waiver privileges, there is a good reason for that. Before you do anything else, such as sending some money to Romania at that gentleman's asking (which could happen any moment now - watch out!) I strongly urge you to consult with a qualified immigration lawyer of your choice.
As another attorney has recommended, you should contact an immigration attorney within your area for assistance. However, sometimes when an offer is too good to be true, sometimes it is. I would proceed with caution.
Why would he leave his good job and good home, and good family?
People leave bad job, bad homes, and bad families. Something definitely does NOT sound right.
Recommend you speak to a local immigration attorney--but you may also have need of other counseling services. Strongly recommend you do NOT send any more overseas to anyone, for any reason until you have spoken with an attorney in your area.
