Dear New York Tenant: You should consider seeking a stay of the trial and hiring a new attorney.

You need to find a new attorney immediately. It app;ears that the judge is ready to send your case out to trial regardless of whether or not discovery was completed.

You need an attorney. If you do not have one or the new attorney needs some time to get familiar with the case, you should get an adjournment for this.
