Charged off credit card is appearing as an eviction, What do I do?

I was turned down for a rental home because the report they got back for shows an eviction. I was stumped I've never rented before only owned and had owned 4 rental homes. Life humbled me and my first attempt to rent this happens. When they showed me the report it was a dismissed court hearing for a charged off credit card.. I contacted our civil courts but they say it is coded right in their system. They don't see it listed as an eviction. How do I get this corrected?
