I am in need of a lawyer who has expertise in the area of title IX violation occurring at a university located in Maryland.

He/She must have experience in civil law and higher education requirements to have a title 9 coordinator available to students. However, they must understand what the federal government requires of colleges and universities who are indirect violation of the law. I have filed a grievance with OCR and have the results of their findings whereas the university admits to not providing and volunteers to implement a course of action to be in compliance.
