I'm leasing a 2005 Ford Expedition that has a 5.4 L engine and lots of problems with it. I would like to join a civil suit.

The Ford engine problem class action lawsuit is brought on behalf of all current owners of any 2004-2008 Ford passenger or light truck vehicle sold in the United States and equipped with a 5.4L engine and includes the original Powertrain. My Expedition started giving me problems the year I put a down payment on it. I took it to get checked and everything came back fine. Till a couple of months after. It stopped working. The dealership wants a thousand dollars to fix a head gasket. When I told them I'm not giving them any money because of the fact that even if we fix a head gasket we would still have a lemon and it could break down any day they refuse to fix it and do anything else for us. Do I have a case?
