Looking for the right small claim court location for a landlord-tenant case location ?
tried to look online but i found many locations and i don't know if i can choose the closest one to me or each one is specified in certain types of cases ?

Use the court where the property is located.

Mr. Van Dohlen is correct. However, sometimes the precinct boundaries are confusing. Using the address for the property involved, either call the precinct closest to you or Precinct One in the court complex and ask which JP court is the correct one for your action.
