that pays better. I will be applying for different jobs but it looks like now everyone does a back ground check. This charged steamed from letting someone room at my home and when I ask them to move out they called the police. Not getting an attorney was really dumb but I couldn't afford one and I didn't think I would quality for PD. so I just paid the fine and took AM class. but now I have this one thing on my record. My question is there anyway to get a 565.070 expunged in Missouri?

Ten year old DWIs can be expunged under RSMo 577.054. Trespassing, passing a bad check, gambling, and a few others can be expunged. I do not think assault is on the list.

No, you can't get a 3rd degree assault conviction expunged in Missouri. It is not on the list of convictions that are eligible for expungement in Missouri.
