I am 16. i have been working a part- time job since March. My mother has some kind of hatred against my boss because of some kind of personal issues they had. Now she wants to stop me from working. She said that i can't work for him any more or go to the work place. Does she have a legal right to stop this?

She does. Mom is the real boss. She can take your transportation away and she can tell you to sit in your room. Instead of crossing her on this, why don't you try to understand her and look for a new job?
