How do I get out of my printer lease? I ended the maintenance agreement due to their negligence in tech support and billing.

Dahill is who I was in contract with and many competitors and former users HATE their practices. I would like to get out of my lease agreement since I have to pull teeth in order to received an itemized invoice for a printer that is discontinued, obselete, and the business that supplied the printer is no longer in business.

You carefully review your lease agreement to find the obligations of the lessor. If there has been a breach, then you follow the procedures of your lease regarding notice and opportunity to cure. If the breach still isn't cured, you likely have the right to terminate the lease.

These types of leases are usually very one-sided in favor of the leasing company. Check the terms of the lease. You can also ask a TX business lawyer to review and advise.
