Is it possible to get habitual offender case lowered or get a restricted license in Pennsylvania?

I have several dui's from back in 2011. My suspension time the verdict carries is almost up but I have another 5 hears for the habitual offender suspension. I have done all the counseling they asked for. I am a free trimmer by trade which requires a lot of travel. I'm looking to go back to school and get back into the field but as a result of not having a license I have had to take a job making a third of the money with no future. Please give any advice

I am not licensed in Pennsylvania, so out of respect for any experienced attorney licensed there who answers your question, I would defer to his or her answer first. However, my answer is no. Just because your job requires a great deal of driving will not give you any special breaks. I would nevertheless still attempt to have the restrictions lifted. You need to try.

You will want to hire local counsel to review your cases circumstances and the applicable law. One thing that should be researched in your case is whether a probationary license applicable, and if so, the process you need to follow. It's worth hiring an attorney to do this for you.

Contact a local DUI attorney to allow him to look at your record and render advice.
