I go to court in a month my appointed lawyer has been very mean with a lot of threats like telling me I need to get me another lawyer I have ask him for a copy of my papers with what I'm actually charge with he said he was not going to waste any time giving me anything that I was going to prison and for me to get the hell out of his office it goes a whole lot deeper than this and I've got a lot of proof but like you said don't include personally info
You are not very clear about what your "one hell of a case" is about. If it is against the attorney representing you, I would say that you are putting the cart before the horse. If you have a criminal charge, you need to deal with that first. If you are not getting along with the attorney appointed to represent you, you can ask him to withdraw, or ask for the court to appoint new counsel. But I suggest that you try to meet with this attorney one more time. Be calm and polite, and ask the attorney to explain your legal position one more time. Don't argue with him. Don't interrupt. Just listen. If you feel you are not guilty, you have a right to go to trial. That is your decision. Good luck to you.
Are you asking if you have a case against the lawyer or saying you have a good criminal defense case? You have an attorney on your criminal case until you retain a private attorney then he is your attorney
