I overdraft my account its negative -557 I don't have no money to pay them bac and then on top of I tryed to deposit a empty envelope into the bank the bank says If I do not pay them -557 then they we'll file a police report for fraud what happens when they file a police report and what shall I do at this time I've tried hard to talk with them and they are on bs

Well it was their money so I can see how they would be upset. If they can prove you over drew on purpose, as opposed to just being stupid, then I suspect your in trouble, I'd get a lawyer, a criminal defense lawyer were I you. I certainly would stop taunting them with empty envelopes, etc
You are responsible for knowing what is and is not in your bank account and overdrawing funds is not acceptable. Borrowing the money from another source and repaying the other source is an easier and less risky method than allowing the bank to come after you with either criminal or civil charges or both.
