Just a hunch, but it sounds like a warrant has been requested. I suspect this means an arrest warrant will soon be issued. Time to get a lawyer.

It could mean a couple of things. First, if you were never arrested for the charges then it is likely that they have issued a warrant for your arrest as a result of the charges being filed. It could also mean that you failed to appear for a court date and they have issued a warrant for your arrest. Finally, it could mean that it was simply an error when the documents were prepared however it has likely gone through the system and a warrant will be issued. I would suggest turning your self in and ask to be taken in front of a judge immediately. The judge will either set a bond or release you.
