Oregon's statute for debt collection on a home foreclosed on in 2008 is?

I am referring to a debt that was a "joint second loan" I was married and was part of the original purchase cost of the home, paid at the same time we moved in. I/we lost this house is she responsible for half the debt also? and the second has been transferred and transferred to maybe 8 or 10 debt collectors over the past 7 years. not even one of the on debt collectors has ever given me proof that I really owe this money. Other than a signed document of the original loan and the Kicker here is the debt I was told by the bank was written off back in 2008? Yet this debt is still on my credit report a transferred?
