Perm Process in case of Lay Offs?
My H1B expires next year, since they had lay offs , I heard they have to wai for 6 months.
What are my options?
ANy help is really appreicated.

If your employer has experienced lay offs, the company will not be able to proceed with the PERM until at least 180 days have elapsed.
