Since an ejectment is the wrong cause of action, I suggest that you hire an attorney

Ejection is not correct. Ejectment is against someone claiming title to the property. Eviction is proper and you must give the proper pre-suit notice depending on if she is paying rent or not. Consult an attorney as you do not seem to know where to begin.

Is she staying in the property with the understanding that she was supposed to pay you rent every month whether or not there is a written lease? If the answer is no, then there is no landlord-tenant relationship, and an eviction is the wrong cause of action. You need to talk to an attorney about your case.
