I am trying to find an attorney in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area of Arizona who volunteers their time for low income seniors

There is an unjust situation going on in a Senior's Low Income/ Arizona tax credit apartment facility in Prescott Valley. One tenant has been intimidating/bullying at least eight other tenants over a period of a year or more. The tenants being bullied/cursed out have filled numerous written complaints to the management company, and have been told for many months that the management company was going to take care of it, yet they instead seem to be protecting the person causing the problem., allegedly having "lost" any previous written complaints about this individual, as well as telling several of his victims that they "just have to learn to live with him". This group of tenants needs some legal advice on how to deal with the problem.
