I am a "member" of an LLC established in Delaware although the company is located in Stamford, CT. The situation got very complicated and I took a job with another company. I need help exiting the LLC and I think it will be complicated due to involved emotion from the other member, who actually assaulted me about two weeks ago and was arrested for this. What attorney specialty should I look for please?
Mr. Brinkmeier offers sound advice. I would add, that it will be important to see what your operating agreement says, if anything, about you working for a competitor, if that is the case.
