I got a moving violation while turning a right turn "failure to stop at stop sign". Officer asked if I saw the sign, I said no.

I went back and took pictures of the street corner where the stop sign was, and there was a tree with branches that was obstructing view of the stop sign at first gkance, but if you look closer, you could barely see the stop sign. He gave me the ticket anyway.
