Do I need to see a Labor Law attorney?

I worked for a company in a male dominated position. Last year the company was writing me up and and suspending me for any and everything possible. I was under so much stressed that I was seeking help. I then had an accident on the job. They relieved me of duties until they contacted me. They called and told me instead of terminating me that If I resigned that they would not fight unemployment and that way if I wanted to re apply in 6 months I can. I did not agree to that but did tell them that my supervisor kept telling me that some in the company didn't think women should be doing this job so needless to say I'm still there. I took a short leave and returned and the pressure has been on since. I have been suspended for everything possible. What can I do?

An attorney can help you to determine if you have cause to move forward. Don't delay...

The area of law related to discrimination for example on the basis of gender is called "employment law" at the esteemed Mr. White notes. Labor law has to do more with unions, unionization, and protected concerted activity. Employment law - EEOC. Labor Law - NLRB.
