i sign a contract electronically to a buyer. He promise to email me a copy of the contract. he send me an email that said here a copy of contract but it was only the company logo. i tried to call him several times. He will not return any of my calls is this a breach of contract. I remember when i read the contract it said the closing date is 08-28-2015. that much i can remember. Do i have any legal rights.
