Can evidence gathered by my lawyer for my defense in my criminal case be used to dispute my license suspension with azdot?

A few months ago, I was arrested and charged with DUI. I hired a lawyer and he has begun gathering evidence to present in court. I have also requested a hearing with azdot to dispute my license suspension. My criminal hearing is scheduled for after my hearing with azdot and so no verdict has been reached as of yet. Can I use evidence gathered by my lawyer to dispute my license suspension? I asked him, but he hasn't responded yet.

Maybe - it matters on the evidence you have in mind. What are you specifically thinking of?

Sure, but you really need to speak to your lawyer about that evidence and how it might be used.

Probably, but you'll need to talk to your attorney about what evidence you are talking about. Some items for the trial may not be relevant to an MVD hearing.
