I'm getting ready to submit my application for my green card. I have a question regarding the form G-325a.

A year ago the Russian ballet came to one of the NY theaters. The theater desperately needed a Russian translator, they knew about me and asked me to work for them for 5 days. Because i didn't have a social security number they just copied my passport and paid me $500 in the end of the week and told me when i have my ssn i should go there to get $200 they owe. So my question is should i put this 5 day work experience in my G-325a or no? Thanks a lot for your time!

This is considered "work" and you will have to disclose it. Nothing to worry about if your application for your "green card" is based on marriage to a US citizen. If employment-based, however, "unauthorized employment" can be a problem. In either event consult with a competent and experienced immigration lawyer.
You forgot to tell us why you think you qualify for a greencard.
Are you married to a US Citizen? If so, then even though you were unlawfully self-employed, they will forgive you.
In any case you should:
1 Always tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth on government forms.
2. Talk to an attorney via Skype before filing anything.
PS "They" gave you bad tax advice.
