Can my trailer park evict me for someone coming over too much?

My friend is seen here very often sometimes late at night and early in the morning he is under 18 and still lives with his parents my trailer park is threatening to evict me because he is over here too much are the legally able to do that? Or do I have to put him down on my lease even though I have no leagle right over him?

If your friend is there nearly all the time, it's less of a guest and more of a resident. The park is entitled to screen residents to ensure the park's safety. It sounds like you can either ask your friend to stop visiting so often or have him apply for residency.
