i just got married and seeking a spousal visa so i can live with my wife in the U.S (CR-1 visa) she's in the process of filling out the I-130 form and needs to attach a few documents that show that our marriage is bona fide ( mutual bank account, apartment, property) etc problem is: we dont have any of that since we just got married and right now I (the beneficiary) live in my home country So what kind of documents we need to submit?

Submit whatever you can: photos, letters from friends, certification from pastor regarding completion of premarital counseling. You can always send evidence in later too.

The primary evidence that you need to provide is the Certificate of Marriage. Along with the certificate, there are a lot of other supporting documents that may be helpful to prove the authenticity of the marriage such as different photos (not only during the marriage ceremony but on other occasions/days), communications, picture of gifts, etc. If you do not feel comfortable preparing the petition package yourself, contact an immigration attorney to make sure that the petition is in order.
