An attorney would first want to review her divorce documents. It may be time to consult an attorney, and hopefully the one who helped with the divorce. Childcare is an item that is considered with respect to calculating child support. She may be able to request a review to account for any changes in income and childcare expenses. However, she would probably want to determine whether the changes will adjust child support in her favor when everything is taken into account.
