My husband isn't related to either of the parties. The lady that passed away, her daughter inherited the house that was her mothers and there is debts that is against the estate. The court has documentation that shows that my husband in the past has filed complaints against the daughter for money that is owed to him and where he put a business in her name, with the backing of the court documents, and she refused to pay the state taxes. Because of this the courts has him down as one to the defendants with the bank-v- estate of mother, daughter of the mother, state department, credit department and my husband.

You should hire an attorney immediately to enter an appearance for you. You could do it pro se (meaning represent yourself) but I would discourage that route. Failure to timely appear could have disastrous consequences.

This situation is too complex and fact specific for this forum, so you need to retain an attorney, who can review all your documents and sort this out for you. Good luck.
