I got a letter from my sister's attorney demanding to me to sell my half of the property but my sister has refused to answer any of my letters of emails for six months because she is a Jehovah's Witness and consider's me a apostate. How am I suppose to sell this property when she wrote to me saying "Do not talk or call me ever!" Will a judge look in to this insanity and bad faith on their part? To harrass me she has been bringing the pedophile that molested me as a 5 year old and think's it funny. How can I sell my property when she is bullying me with legal letters and refuses to engage in any dialogue to sell our property? Can you advise me, is this bad faith on her part and how can I discuss the sell if their shunning me? What would you do, can I sue her for embarrassment
