Hello again, To the best of my knowledge there is no US immigration lawyer residing and practicing US immigration law in Morocco, be it in Casa or any other city/town in the kingdom It is in the USA that your wife will need to locate and hire an experienced immigration lawyer. For your sake and to calm your anxieties it better be a French speaking one..

I am not aware of any U.S. immigration lawyers in Morocco but a U.S. immigration attorney is more likely to be familiar with the I-130 process as well as the waiver process.

A licensed immigration attorney anywhere in the U.S. will be able to assist you. Many of us Skype and can schedule a consultation with you and your wife to discuss your case. Otherwise, you can look for an immigration attorney in the City/State where you plan on re-settling in the U.S. If your wife visits that area, she should schedule an in-person consultation with an attorney there.
