Traveling while Green Card Condition removal is still under process

Make an INFOPASS with proof of your travel plans and request an I-661 stamp extending your green card beyond the one year Receipt date and passed when you will return from your travels.

You will need to make an infopass appointment at the local field office. You will need to request a new stamp in your passport. You need to be careful traveling outside the United States for so long at this stage. It is important you have someone you trust checking your mail as you may receive a Request for Evidence or interview notice while overseas.
