I have some problem with my H1B extension. If you are a lawyer with similar experience like mine, please let me know.

I came to U.S. in 2014 on H1-B category visa as computer engineer. After 3 months the sponsor company has begun for my green card. The salary in LCA was 60,000 $ but the company paid me $30,000. I talked with employer and they said they will increase my salary as soon as possible. But it didn't happen until
07/2015 after 19 months. Right now my I-140 and I-485 filed and I received the reception notices of them. I will go to bio metrics appointment this month. Unfortunately, at the end of this month my visa will be expired. So these are my questions:
Can I extend my visa with the situations I had with my salary during last year
How much risk do I have If I want to extend my visa without problem
What solutions do I have if this problem comes up
Does it affect on my green card process
You may extend your visa. It is not usually a problem.
If the problem comes your pay stubs otherwise document your employment. You should contact your immigration attorney.
The ability to pay your wage is a requirement of the I-140 and I-485. It is an issue. You may hope it doesn't become an issue in your case.
You should contact an immigration attorney to advise you further.
Mr. Smith is an attorney with over 25 years of immigration experience with complex immigration issues and successful filings. His response to your question is general in nature, as not all the facts are known to him. You should retain an attorney experienced in immigration law to review all the facts in your case in order to receive advice specific to your case. Mr. Smith's statement above does not create an attorney/client relationship.

Well.. One would need to review the entire record of yours to opine. As a general rule, failure to comply with the salary requirements could spell serious problems for the immigration path.
