What legal rights do I have to remove vehicles off my property that are not mine.

the vehicles belongs to my sister's ex-husband. I have asked him several times to remove them but he does nothing about it. I want to know if I have the legal right to have them removed without him being able to sue me or anything like that. they have been on my property for about 2yrs.

Under PA law a property owner may remove any unattended vehicle left on their property without their consent so long as it wasn't left there for emergency reasons or because it was disabled. And if it was left there for emergency or because it was disabled, the owner of the vehicle must make arrangements to get it removed as soon as possible. The property owner may have the vehicles removed at the expense of the owner of the vehicles. Whoever tows and stores the vehicles will have a lien against the vehicles' owner. This is covered under PA statute Title 75 section 3353 (b), and (c).
