After the denial of my VAWA case, I got married and I'm about to file for AOS again ... I know my wife should file the I-130 to sponsor me, and also file I-485 to adjust my status !! My question is ... Do I have to get those shots and go see a doctor again?? Do I have to go get my fingerprints done again?? ... I did all of that the 1st time when I filed for VAWA, and I got an EAD too ... Please help, I can't afford a lawyer to represent me "they asked me for 2000$".

your physical examination may be valid. As to the finger prints sometimes USCIS requires them be taken again and other times they do not. They are however most likely going to request another biometrics depending on how long ago you had your biometrics taken.

Unfortunately yes, for the most part. You will have to pay the application fee again for the I-485, not to mention the I-130.. Note, however, that your medical exam results are in all likelihood be still valid and can be reused. You will, however, be asked to be fingerprinted again, in all likelihod.(USCIS is notorious for wanting to fingerprint one for each and every application one files..)

A medical examination may still be valid. Even if you need a new medical examination, you will not necessarily have to have shots again assuming your vaccinations are current. You will likely need to be fingerprinted again. You are filing a new application, which is adjudicated independently of prior applications.
