I have a4 by 8 foot utility box trailer parked under my carport. Can I keep it there?

I live in a deed restricted park. The only Rule they have is that RV vehicles and boats may be parked in driveways for up to 72 hours and then removed. Is under my carport considered my driveway ? They have no rules about what I can or cannot keep under my carport. The certificate of origin is titled as a utility trailer. The registration is registered as a utility trailer. I do throw a mattress and a porta potty inside this utility trailer and sleep in it at certain functions I go to. They are calling this an RV vehicle.. It is not it is a utility trailer that I sleep in once in awhile. This is just a box that measures 4 by 8 by 4 feet tall with wheels under it. Can they make me remove this trailer from under my carport?
